Defining climate realism

In partnership with: Europietiškos dešinės institutas

This initiative by Baltijos Lizdas and the Institute of European Right seeks to bring groups that are often left out of environmental debates into the conversation. The project encourages discussions about environmental protection through issues that matter most to regional communities – caring for their local area, strengthening communities, promoting economic sustainability, and preserving Lithuania’s natural heritage.

A key part of the project was the “Environmental Dialogues” event series, held in different regions across Lithuania. The discussions brought together local communities, policymakers, experts, and business representatives to explore practical solutions to the most pressing challenges related to environmental protection, energy, and regional development.

The insights and recommendations gathered during these discussions will be consolidated and presented to policymakers, ensuring that the voices of local communities become part of long-term policy development.
